Service Description
This service includes shape enhancement, if needed & color restoration. This service is for current client who completed their initial appointment AND touch-up session. The PMU Parlor will evaluate ink saturation around 12 months after the touch up session. Clients may be asked to wait to schedule their color boost if the ink is not faded. The brow artists is a licensed professional that reserves the right to refuse service if the procedure area is not ready for a color boost. Do not book this service if you skipped your touch-up appointment after the initial service or have previous work from another brow artist.
Cancellation Policy
NEW LOCATION: We are no longer in downtown Hampton. The new address is 105 Professional Parkway, Suite 1520, Yorktown, VA 23693 Please to arrive MAKE UP FREE. Guests are not permitted. There is a 10-minute grace period. To reschedule please contact us no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Clients who reschedule prior to 48 hours will be allowed to adjust their appointment one time without paying a new deposit. Clients who cancel/reschedule within the 48-hour window will forfeit the deposit. No call, no shows will be charged the remaining amount of the service they are booked for and banned from receiving services in the future. Model Rates: Clients who book under listed model rates or personally issued promotion codes consent to the use of pictures and videos for marketing purposes in exchange of any agreed upon discount. Denying permission to use media for marketing is respected but will result in forfeiture of the discount. Please refrain from booking model rates if you are camera shy, uncomfortable or don't want to be used for marketing. Food & drink is not permitted within the studio suites. The PMU Parlor is not responsible for ticketing or towing of client vehicles, traffic patterns, detours or other obstacles that may arise during your commute. Please plan accordingly. If you are traveling from across the bridge or tunnel, it is highly recommended that you leave 1.5 hours before your appointment to plan for unexpected traffic delays. Permanent Makeup Clients: Previous permanent makeup from another artist must be disclosed & booked under the correct service: "Foreign Brow Services". Clients who do not disclose previous microblading/microshading risk having their appointment cancelled. Often times clients feel their ink is "faded enough", but residual ink remains in the skin & can complicate the procedure, effecting the final result of the brows. All sales are final.
