Cancellation Policy
10 minute grace period. To reschedule please contact us no later than 48 hours before your appointment so your slot may be offered to waitlist clients. Clients that reschedule prior to 48 hours will be allowed to move their appointment one time without a new deposit. Clients that cancel/reschedule within the 48 window will lose their deposit. No call, no shows will be charged the remaining amount of the service they are booked for and banned from receiving services in the future. Please to arrive MAKE UP FREE. Absolutely no guests. Model Rates: Clients who book under listed model rates or who use personally issued promotion codes consent to the use of pictures and videos for marketing purposes in exchange of any agreed upon discount. Denying permission to use media for marketing under these rates will result in the discounted amount being added to the final balance & due immediately after the service is complete. Please refrain from booking model rates if you are camera shy, uncomfortable or don't want to be posted online. Food & drink is not permitted within the suite. The PMU Parlor is not responsible for ticketing or towing of client vehicles, traffic patterns, detours or other obstacles that may arise during your commute. Please plan accordingly. If you are traveling from across the bridge or tunnel, it is highly recommended that you leave 1.5 hours before your appointment is scheduled to start. Permanent Makeup Clients: Previous permanent makeup from another artist must be disclosed & booked under the correct service: "Foreign Brow Services". Clients who do not disclose previous microblading/microshading in the brows risk having their appointment cancelled or the "Foreign PMU" fee added to their final balance if the previous work is accepted. The final balance (including the foreign fee) is due immediately after the service is complete. Often times clients feel their ink is faded, but residual ink remains in the skin & effects the final result of the brows. All sales are final.
